Parcel will be delivered to the letterbox directly. In the case of large parcel which cannot be fitted to the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep. If delivery is unsuccessful (nobody is at home), the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail. We shall not be held responsible for damage or loss of normal mails. Registered mail or Door to Door delivery is highly recommended.
SINGPOST REGISTERED MAIL
Parcel will be delivered directly to the doorstep of your address. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office.
DOOR TO DOOR
Various courier services will be used which guarantee to deliver within 2 working days. Couriers are distinguished from ordinary mail services by features such as speed, security, tracking, signature, specialization and individualization of express services, and swift delivery times

IN STOCK GOODS WILL BE NORMALLY SENT WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS OF THE ORDER. FOR PRE-ORDERS, THEY WILL BE SENT WITHIN 7- 14 WORKING DAYS.
